Compare the scope, not only the device price
Ask the supplier to identify the device configuration and explain what delivery and commissioning cover. Check whether the quotation lists accessories, operating materials and documents provided to the institution. Scope depends on the agreement; this guide does not assume that every item is included as standard.
Training, service and day-to-day operations
Ask about team training, technical support, inspections and warranty terms. Clarify the treatment station requirements and staff responsibilities. ReOxy’s website describes training and support as parts of institutional cooperation; confirm the details in the current quotation.
Financing: confirm the terms for your institution
Available financing options are discussed individually based on the finance provider’s offer. Before deciding, confirm the current terms, total cost, term, required contribution and any additional fees. Institutional procurement: prepare documents and questions
If a hospital, procurement group or public institution is buying, prepare its formal and technical requirements. Request current device documentation, delivery scope, commissioning and service terms, and the information needed for the procurement process. Do not include patient data in the enquiry.
